Its always hard talking about yourself but here's how this all came about....
THE BACKGROUND STORY
"I come from a lineage of real estate agency owners, and it's safe to say that property runs through my veins. Over the past two decades, I've worked with renowned companies like Jones Lang LaSalle, CB Richard Ellis, Deloitte, PRD Nationwide, and Place, gaining invaluable experience in the residential, valuation, and commercial property sectors.
However, my journey took an unexpected turn when I pursued my passion for interior design at QUT. While studying, I worked as a personal assistant to agents and started my first business drafting floor plans to market properties. During this time, I discovered my knack for helping agents and their clients transform properties into irresistible gems that commanded higher sale prices.
That "aha" moment was a game-changer for me. I realized that I could merge my extensive knowledge of interior design and real estate to offer a unique value proposition to my clients. By leveraging my expertise, I could help them maximize the value of their biggest asset – their property.
Since then, I've become an Australian and Internationally recognized property stylist, winning multiple awards and even serving as a judge for International home staging competitions. My mission is to go beyond the traditional role of an agent and bring a fresh perspective to the table. I strive to create spaces that not only sell but also inspire and captivate potential buyers.
I'm currently working on an exciting project that includes a book and a course specifically designed to help downsizers upsize their super when selling their family home. The aim is to provide valuable insights and strategies that give baby boomers the opportunity to boost every last cent of equity built up in the home to increase their superannuation without over-capitalizing or depleting their nest egg. By doing so, downsizers can also reduce or even avoid the costs associated with stamp duty and other transaction expenses.
We are passionate about helping our clients make informed decisions and confidently navigate the selling process. With every project I undertake, I'm driven by the belief that a well-designed property has the power to transform lives. Whether it's through strategic staging or expert advice, I'm dedicated to helping my clients unlock the full potential of their properties and maximise the value of their biggest asset.

We aim to maximize our client's return on investment by implementing strategic cosmetic enhancements that add significant value to their properties. We are dedicated to ensuring that every change made is purposeful and cost-effective without overcapitalizing on the sale. Our goal is to put more money back in our clients' pockets while enhancing the overall appeal and marketability of their properties."
But our mission doesn't stop there. We have an ambitious goal to add an astounding $15 million to our clients' super funds by 2027. We are determined to boost the equity built up in their family homes, ensuring they have a solid financial foundation for the future.
