Why We’re Rebranding
This week we wanted to give the top 4 reasons why;
1. We wanted our brand to pass the grunt test!
What does this mean - The Grunt Test is part of a strategy to help businesses determine whether their messaging is clear, concise and compelling.
What do we do?
Spruce Your Property For Sale
[verb] make something look better - neat, smart, or trim
[adjective] being or in accordance with current social fashions
Why do we do it?
So our clients' properties stand out from the competition, therefore selling 2 - 3 x quicker and for a minimum of 6% more than an unstyled property.
What do we stand against?
Leaving the sale of your biggest asset to chance and jeopardising losing 10’s of thousands of dollars (sometimes more) of potential income on your nest egg.
The same “Grunt Test “ can be applied when you are marketing any property for sale.
A picture tells a thousand words,
Buyers' thoughts can go two ways when they see the first “Hero Shot” of a property for sale;
“Oh there is potential to get a bargain on this one ” (rub hands together)
Or
“Damit - I’m going to have to get in quick on this one, I LOVE IT.”
2. As with selling a house, first impressions count, and there is no second chance
Humans are 90% visual beings. You literally have 13 milliseconds to capture an audience's attention and 50 milliseconds for your brain to form a first impression when scrolling through their social media news feed or in our case when you are scrolling through a real estate feed looking for a property.
That is why we believe it is so important to put your best foot forward when you are marketing your property for sale, especially your home because it typically equates to nearly 60% of an Australian’s net worth.
3. Now this one is personal - In honour of my dearly departed dad, whose name was Bruce.
Being an amazing mentor
My moral compass
Gave me my passion for property and involved me in the process from a very young age.
Passing down a lifetime of knowledge in the industry
Every time I look at the brand, it is in honour of what you have taught me and helped me believe in myself.
4. Finally - We also wanted our brand to be easy to say, easy to remember and easy to spell.
That will be the last of talking about the company, I really appreciate you not unsubscribing.
Now our first step in this transition is to invest more time, effort and money into the content so that we can;
Educate
Share property news
Practical tips
to help our clients maximise the equity built up in their homes.
Why?
Because it pains us to see anyone UNDERSELLING THEIR BIGGEST ASSET!!!
We're thrilled about this new chapter for our company and look forward to continuing to serve you as Spruce Property Co. If you have any questions or concerns about this change, please don't hesitate to contact us.
Thank you for your continued trust.
