Our average styling campaign period is 6 weeks (unless stated otherwise). It is a typical time it would take for our property to sell. If all goes to plan, and we have done our job properly, within 6 weeks we hope you have a contract on the property within the first 21 days and ideally your property should be unconditional by the time the lease expires.

Ideally, we would like at least two weeks' notice from when you accept the quote to the delivery day. This allows us to get all our eggs in a row to get the perfect pieces to suit your property and target market. We can work on a shorter time frame, but this all depends on the size of the job and truck availability.

Should your property not sell within the 6-week campaign period. You always have to option to extend the lease. As each property is different, it is a case by case scenario. Once you accept the quote and we have installed the furniture. We will send ad email with all the relevant details on when your lease expires and the cost to extend becaue we want you to be armed with all the information so you can make informed decisions along the selling journey.

On average, it will take us a day to style the property. That is why we request you organize photos for the next day.
